Thursday at the Gulch

Groomers were able to clean up skate and classic on Lacy 8, Roundabout, Wagon Road, Highball, Sidewinder, Rodeo, Perry Pass, Little Dipper, Rafter T and Chris Cross. However, they ran into some mechanical issues last night and are back up this morning trying to finish the rest of the trails, however that will depend on the temperature and how much the snow cooperates.

Thursday

Groomers were out this morning and set classic and skate on Rafter T, Little Dipper, Holdens to Ginny Lane, Finlanida and Sidewinder, Wagon Road and the outside of Lazy 8. There was less than an inch of new snow over night. We'll see how much snow we get tonight.

More snow on the way...

Groomers were out this morning and graded all the trails. More snow is moving in over the next three days! Have fun!

Wind drifts

The wind has been creating difficulties the past two days, covering entire trails, obliterating classic track and generally not playing nice. We will be working on grading during our next regular grooming shift. We hope to get a snowmobile back from the mechanic in the next few days. More snow in the forecast for later this week.

Classic track is set!

Yesterday afternoon groomers were able to set classic track every where. Skate is groomed and ready. Skiing should be great today. Enjoy!

No classic track yet . . .

After several setbacks this week, groomers were finally able to roll in all the snow yesterday afternoon. Classic track will be set later this afternoon. Have fun out there!

-10

Brrrr, most trails have been rolled in, some trails still have powder on them and Big Dipper is still closed. Classic track should be ready Saturday morning. Stay warm!

Snow, snow and yes more snow.

More snow over night last night, means very soft and powdery conditions. Most trails were rolled last night, but progress will be slow going, as only one machine is working. Rafter T and Big Dipper are still closed from this storm. Have fun in the powder.
