Spring Gulch

The Spring Gulch Trail System is a network of 21+ kilometers of professionally groomed cross-country ski trails, available to the residents and guests of Carbondale, CO. Operated by the Mount Sopris Nordic Council and in partnership with private landowners, Spring Gulch could not exist without the annual memberships and generous donations of our skiers and community. Please consider becoming a Spring Gulch member to help keep our trails groomed and free of charge. We truly appreciate your support!

The Mount Sopris Nordic Council is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that operates in partnership with private landowners to provide our community with exceptional nordic skiing.

Hello Spring Gulch users. As you know by now Governor Polis has issued a Stay at Home order due to Covid19. Under the order cross country ski areas are allowed to stay open IF strict social distancing is observed (keeping 6 feet of distance between you and other skiers, no group skiing unless that person lives with you) at all times.
